Jessica began her career in education as an English teacher and has spent her entire career serving the students and communities of the Chaffey Joint Union High School District.

Her transition to her role as one of the District’s first instructional coaches was a transformative shift in her worldview and in her understanding of the impact of professional learning on students’ educational experiences.

She currently leads the Instructional Services Division where she proudly serves the students of the District by focusing on providing comprehensive and innovative professional learning for the teachers and by overseeing the instructional initiatives that broaden access for students to seek out academic success.
